Hello! I am just starting a new ministry (Looking for Angels) to serve the homeless in San Diego & came across this blog through a Google Search. I am trying to find out what kind of laws I need to be aware of in serving them. Any info you can provide me would be very appreciated. When you mention above that we can't serve food prepared at home, does that mean we can't serve food we prepare while we are out there? We have been buying groceries & then making sandwiches for everyone that wanted one. We would make each sandwich as the people came & wanted one, not at home. Are you still serving the homeless in SD? If so, when & where? Thank you again!
